Partnerships leader who makes complex work clear and actionable
I work where partnerships, operations, and customer experience meet. I turn unclear systems into useful ones and help people move through difficult work together.
My path moved from sales into operations, customer success, and partnerships, with caregiving, volunteer leadership, and self-taught technical work running alongside it. The titles changed. The thread did not: listen closely, make the problem legible, and build the practical thing people can use.
The shape of the journey
My squiggle
Each turn was placed by the person whose story this is.
A partner onboarding guide people could actually use
Turned six recurring partner questions into one clear, tested guide.
Context
New partners received different answers depending on who they asked.
My contribution
Collected the repeated questions, wrote an initial guide, watched partners use it, and revised the unclear parts.
Result or lesson
The guide became the shared reference for partner onboarding.
02
A handoff both sales and delivery could support
Made the unowned space between a signed deal and delivery visible.
Context
Closed work could sit for two weeks because nobody owned the middle.
My contribution
Mapped the stalls, drafted a one-page handoff, and invited both teams to remove what did not work for them.
Result or lesson
Both teams agreed to use the same handoff.
What I keep being good at
Making the confusing thing legible
Across operations, partnerships and customer success, you repeatedly take something tangled, pricing, a handoff, a process nobody owns, and make it something people can read and act on.

Staying in the room when it's uncomfortable
You don't leave when there's no fix available. The record shows you sitting with people through failures, illness and hard conversations.
Seeing people others skip over
Both in hiring and in how colleagues describe you, you notice the person the process misses.

Moments that show the work
A problem I helped solveMarch 2024
Untangled the pricing mess our biggest partners had gone quiet about
Three partners had stopped replying. Nobody wanted to say out loud that our pricing sheet contradicted itself depending on who sent it. I asked each of them what they were actually seeing, put it side by side in one document, and walked finance through it without blaming anyone. We rewrote it in two weeks. Two of the three came back.
Something I built or improved2022
Built the partner onboarding guide that people still use
Every new partner asked the same six questions and every one of us answered differently. I wrote the answers down, badly at first, then rewrote them after watching two partners try to follow them. It is not clever. It is just clear, and nobody has had to rewrite it since.
Something I built or improved2017
Rebuilt the handoff between sales and delivery
Deals were closing and then sitting for two weeks because nobody owned the middle. I mapped where things stalled, wrote a one-page handoff, and got both teams to agree to it by letting them each cross something out.
A difficult situation I worked through2022
Talked the hall committee round after they tried to shut us down
They were worried about liability and mess. I asked what would make them comfortable instead of arguing, came back with a one-page safety sheet and a cleaning rota, and let them add two conditions of their own. We kept the room.
