Privacy policy

No Straight Line is a private home for your body of work. What you write stays private for you, and what you choose to publish, like a portfolio page, shows what a résumé or CV cannot. This page explains what we keep and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your account: email, name, and sign-in method.
• What you write: moments, chapters, feedback you save, strengths, drafts, and any files you attach.
• Résumé text: when you upload a résumé, the file is read in your browser and only the text is sent to build your draft timeline. We don't keep the original file unless you attach it yourself.
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

Who can see it

Only you. Nothing is public unless you publish a portfolio page, and then only the items you tick. Unpublishing takes the page down right away.

AI

Some features use AI to suggest strengths, shape your journey, or draft writing. Only the entries needed for that request are sent. Your writing is not used to train any AI model. See how your data is handled.

What we never do

• Sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• Show your story to employers or recruiters.
• Use your writing to train AI.

Your control

From Settings you can download everything as a file or delete your whole account and all of its content.
